When we look out on our culture today and see the difficulties that they face, the devastation that they endure and the deceiving dramatic picture that society puts on to drive us away from extending our arms of love to them. I begin to think about what’s going to happen when I move on from this earth and transition to the heaven-lies.
What will I leave behind? What kind of Impact will I have on this society; on the culture? What will be my Legacy?
I’ve settled this question and you should too! How, you might ask, have you settled that question? Well, I have decided that I will directly impact this culture in a positive and Christ-like way by raising Godly children with the help of my Loving, beautiful and Godly wife. God has given us a mission and a ministry and that ministry is to raise our children to Love God, Love Family, Love His Body and extend His Love to the World.
If I’m to impact this culture then I need to start with my little ones that are around my feet. We shape culture by the molding of the next generation and if the next generation is lacking the bless-er, the purpose endow-er, the empower-er, the protector (THE FATHER) then we’ve aloud our pagan culture to raise our Godly seeds to be pagan instead of Christ-like.
When we look out on our culture, we cannot be afraid to approach them b/c of the facade that they put on. That mean face – really says…LOVE ME, VALIDATE ME, SPEND TIME WITH ME! We ABSOLUTELY Must re-shape the culture so that boyz can Transform into MEN. We must pour our love on our families as our first ministries, pick up the tab for other guyz who have abandoned their children, get engaged in other young men and women’s lives so that we can impact it in a positive way. The devestation that we see today was not their fault but we’ve gotta pick up the pieces!
